ZMQF/ZSQF series pneumatic bottom valveAdopting an integrated DC structure, the valve body is a streamlined unobstructed flow channel, and the inner surface of the flow channel is sandblasted for smooth wear resistance, low flow resistance, and no dead corners. Soft sealing ensures zero leakage, while hard sealing is welded with Si Ti Lei alloy, which can be used in harsh working conditions such as high temperature and media containing solid particles. When used as a food medium, the inner surface is sprayed with Teflon, which has extremely strong corrosion resistance and meets hygiene standards.
This series of products has two structural forms: bottom display and top display. When the bottom valve of the downward expansion type is opened, the valve core moves towards the inside of the valve body. When the reactor tank needs to be fully stirred or when there is a negative pressure state (vacuum) at the bottom of the tank, the valve is easy to close. When the tank is under vacuum, it can also serve as a check; The upward expansion type bottom valve, when the valve is opened, the valve core moves towards the inside of the reaction vessel. When there is sediment accumulation in the reactor tank, opening the valve can easily discharge the sediment, and the medium inside the tank acts on the valve core, serving as a check.
